Conditions for the Return of Goods (Right of Withdrawal)

1. Right of withdrawal

The consumer, meaning a natural person purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded online on filatiitaliani.it within 14 calendar days without providing any reason and without penalties.
This right is established by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52–59) and by applicable EU legislation.

2. Deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal

The 14-day period begins:

• on the day the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer receives the purchased goods.

If the seller has not correctly informed the consumer about the withdrawal right before purchase, the withdrawal period is extended up to 12 months beyond the original 14-day period.

3. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an explicit written declaration (for example by email) communicating their decision to withdraw from the contract.
The declaration must include:

• buyer’s full name

• order number

• order date

• request for withdrawal

The communication must be sent to the customer service contacts listed on the website.

4. Return of goods

After notifying the withdrawal, the consumer must return the purchased goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the communication.
The products must be returned intact, complete with original packaging, labels, accessories, and all accompanying documentation.

5. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed differently, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, unless the seller offers to cover such costs.

6. Refund

Once the withdrawal has been exercised and the returned goods have been correctly received, we will refund the consumer the full amount paid for the products (including standard delivery costs, if applicable) within 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the consumer.

7. Exclusions

Some goods are not subject to the right of withdrawal according to applicable laws (for example: sealed products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or personalised items).
Any applicable exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
